I’m Luis Thompson, the proud owner of RevoLusion Consultants, Inc.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve always been passionate about coaching others and wanted to take the skills that I learned on the sports field and transfer them into the boardroom. So I set up a business consultancy that focused on marketing, sales, and developing employees.

Since launching my company two years ago, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 clients in different industries, and have empowered new employees who have an absolute love for their job.

I’m committed to the growth and development of my employees, and I believe what sets me apart from the others is my empathy towards them. I also take accountability for my actions and decision-making, which has enhanced my integrity.

I attribute my success to my excellent employees and the culture that we have created. I encourage them to achieve tasks that challenge them to move out of their comfort zone, and my mantra is that it’s how we accomplish the toughest tasks that tell us the kind of people we are.

So even when an employee fails, it allows me to mentor them for future success, as I thoroughly enjoy helping others and putting them in a position to grow. Watching somebody that I’ve trained go on to scale new heights, and become successful by running their own business or earning a significant promotion, fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I am not consulting, my hobbies include a wide variety of sports, which include soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, bowling, and anything competitive. My other love is writing and producing music.

I also feel strongly about giving back to the community, and I regularly participate in food drives and beach clean-ups, as philanthropy is essential to me.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
